The Perfect Menopause Diet

OK! I hold my hands up and acknowledge that there is actually no single ‘perfect’ diet that suits everyone at every stage of life. We are all unique, with unique needs.

However, I can generalise and offer some simple, basic advice that will help all of you understand that some foods are particularly helpful at building health, and others very efficient at destroying it when not maintained in the correct balance.
