Are you struggling with unpleasant menopause symptoms? Confused with all the information out there? Do you believe HRT and drugs are the only way? Unsure what to do to help you transition through these years as naturally as possible?

If so, I know how you feel.

I’m Clare, a fully qualified and registered nutritional therapist and I’ve been dealing with my own menopause for over 30 years. Over this time I’ve had to learn how to cope naturally with its effects and now I help women like you do the same.

I have a HUGE passion for sharing knowledge and am now on a mission to create a global health revolution for menopause and beyond. At the heart of this is providing women who are transitioning through the menopause years with natural solutions. This allows them to reclaim control of their body and mind.

I had years of anxiety about what HRT could
actually be doing to my long-term health

My story

My menopause arrived ridiculously early – when I was just 32. It took seven years and seven doctors for a diagnosis, by which point I was begging for a solution. Eventually, because I had the added complication of severe endometriosis, I had to have a full hysterectomy at age 39.

This long drawn-out ordeal certainly gave me great insights into how some doctors treat menopausal woman.

You know the symptoms you’re up against… brain fog… hot flushes… anxiety … sleepless nights. As a solution, you’re encouraged to try HRT or anti-depressants and offered very little advice about how you can help yourself through this time.

Due to my age, I understood that HRT was necessary, certainly until the average age of menopause, 51. The oestrogen only patches did help, but I was also aware that they could increase the risk of blood clots, stroke or breast cancer. No-one seemed certain. So I had years and years of increased anxiety about what HRT could actually be doing to my long-term health.

Please note that this increase in anxiety re HRT was due in part to the WHI study results in 2002.

I believed that every patch I slapped on could be the one that triggers a serious disease in my body. That risk was too great for me, given how long my menopause was going to be.

So I set out to find a drug-free solution.

I hadn’t actually eaten a vegetable
until I was 27!

My search

Firstly, I explored many different holistic therapies and lifestyle changes; there were many false leads, but a few absolute gems that I use to this day.

Then I trained for three years as a nutritional therapist to find out how to tackle symptoms by changing my diet. This was a whole new world to me as I hadn’t actually eaten a vegetable until I was 27!

With all this information I worked out a system involving a simple diet, lifestyle changes and some strategies and techniques that were so effective I finally felt confident enough to say goodbye to HRT.

I was finally back in control and able to live a vibrant life, free of prescription drugs!

Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction
ends up being the biggest step in your life.
Tip-toe if you must, but take the step.

Then ‘life’ threw me a curve ball, my eldest daughter Samantha died.

Everything I’d learned over the previous years flew out of the window. Nothing  mattered, certainly not me, and my menopause symptoms returned with a vengeance. A few years later, at the very depth of my despair, I realised I had to take responsibility for my health for the second time in my life. I owed it to myself, to my other daughter Kimberley, and of course Samantha.

I applied everything I knew that worked previously, I explored and embraced even more knowledge supporting body and mind, to create the hormone harmony, health and happiness I was searching for; my ‘new life’.

It was now time to share what I knew with others.

Sharing my success

You may well be wondering if this will work for you too? Well, it didn’t just work for me, twice, – I’ve now worked with hundreds of women who’ve seen positive results after following my simple step-by-step philosophy.

Of course, there’s no one-size-fits all approach – we are all unique – so my approach is flexible and allows women to make their own choices.

Whether you’re on HRT, considering weaning off HRT, or choosing to manage your menopause years as naturally as possible, everything you need, the knowledge, guidance and support for your journey is provided through my Natural Menopause Road Map and Vibrant Life membership programmes.

Join the global health revolution

Through my experiences, I found that the medical profession were generally sceptical about natural approaches to menopause and health. It seemed too easy for them to prescribe me with drugs to treat my symptoms.

Yet there is another way.

We are biological organisms with natural biological needs, so it makes perfect sense that we should attain, maintain and regain optimum health through natural approaches. We can do this by eating nutrient-rich foods and adopting lifestyles that meet our biological needs at specific times of our lives.

My vision is for a global health revolution for menopause and beyond – where we wonderful women show the next generation, through example and experience, that the transition of life known as menopause is not a disease that can only be addressed with the scalpel, pills or patches.

It is not a time of fear. We can choose to take responsibility for our health with simple, natural changes that can have amazing positive benefits.

If you’re already taking responsibility for your health then be sure to share those benefits with others.
